I got a large and beautifully designed room with beautiful things from the 18th, air conditioning, for example. the breakfast had plenty of options and included coffee, butter, breads, and jam. - Convenient central location just off the centre of town.

Friendly service. Well equipped room, small but functional bathroom. Excellent insulation: In spite of the fact that the hotel is situated on a main street with heavy traffic, no noise could be heard in the room.
The location. Judging from the photo on internet you would expect the hotel to be in a residential area with garden. However, it is located on a main street with heavy traffic.

The Montsegur is a solid no-nonsense hotel right on the outskirts of the old town with a 10 minute walk to the Place Carnet. The staff were welcoming, professional and helpful. It also has the benefit of a good car-park. The room was impeccably clean and well decorated and felt good value for money without any discount which was not offered.
The hotel was on a fairly busy corner plot and breakfast at 10 euros was perhaps slightly overpriced.

The location of this venue is excellent as it is close to the town center, the train station, and Canal du Midi, and despite being in a busy area, it's near the outskirts.

The room is spotless and nice styled with big windows, air conditioning, beautiful things from the 18th. The location is particularly good and magnificent, not very far from Memorial House Museum. They serve a wide range of meals, the food I tried was fabulous😀

Friendly and welcoming staff of the hotel. We also liked the typical french decor/style of the hotel very much. Breakfast room was really beautiful and breakfast was lovely - beautiful croissants and rolls. We really enjoyed it.

The location was right across the street from the shuttle up to Le Cite. It was also only half an hour's walk back down from the medieval city. They recommended a nice restaurant in the area and we enjoyed walking around the city

This city seems very run down and tired seeming to take little advantage of the millions (they claim) who come to the castle but this hotel is an oasis. Here old-world French charm and elegance can be found at a reasonable price.
A very basic breakfast at 10 euros could not be considered a highlight!

The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke excellent english. The rooms were clean.
While the building was old, I felt the rooms were a little shabby as opposed to quaint.

Room a bit small, no fridge, only fair money value
